About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support our growing team. This role will be instrumental in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and assisting with HR operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requisitions with qualified candidates who meet business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the recruitment process, recommending changes and improvements that align with evolving business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other departments to meet recruitment goals, headcounts, and milestones.
  • Work closely with management at all levels to understand and address hiring needs effectively.
  • Conduct continuous research on recruitment trends, strategies, and best practices to attract and retain top talent.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive recruitment reports, including qualitative and quantitative data, to provide insights into hiring performance and trends.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR initiatives including training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay.
