Job Title: Project Coordinator – Furniture

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating furniture projects from start to completion. This role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure furniture projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Project Coordinator monitors production schedules, delivery timelines, and installation activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

Coordinate end-to-end project activities from client briefing, design approval, production, delivery, and installation.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.

Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management and clients.

Client & Supplier Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing project requirements, concerns, and changes.

Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics teams to ensure timely material procurement and delivery.

Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and reports.

Production & Quality Control

Coordinate with the design, production, and technical teams to ensure furniture pieces meet client specifications.

Conduct quality checks before delivery and installation.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during production or on-site installation.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and documentation.

Track costs, budgets, and project expenditures.

Prepare progress reports and final project summaries.

Team Collaboration

Support and coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams.

Assign tasks and follow up with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist in improving project management processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

Male / Female

Candidate must possess atleast a College level / College Graduate.

Experience in furniture, construction, interior fit-out, or related industry is an advantage.

Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and familiarity with CAD/design software is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
