Junior Interior Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field:
• 1-2yrs of relevant work Experience in Interior design, with a focus on Commercial or Residential projects:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software:
• Good conceptual design skills and strong ethics

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SCHEMATIC PHASE

1.1 Conducts research for concept image and reference images for the concept board schemes,

1.2 Prepares approved materials to be put into material board for presentation with the client.

1.3 Prepares base plans and shells for rooms.

1. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE

2.1 Prepares CADD drawings.

2.2 Prepares furniture booklet for approval by the President.

2.3 Prepares fabric booklet as approved by Head Stylist and submits for quotation of labor and fabric cost.

2.4 Prepares toilet fixtures as per sourcing approved by the President.

2.5 Prepares other items to be purchased such as tiles, lighting fixtures, kitchen fixtures and appliances.

2.6 Coordinates and follows up with the suppliers regarding queries, quotations and awarding of certain items.

2.7 Reviews general budget, quotations submitted by suppliers and contractors.

1. CONSTRUCTION PHASE

3.1 Conducts site visit and inspection before, during and after the construction.

3.2 Coordinates with the Project Manager/Contractor for other concerns regarding the drawings and design.

3.3 Coordinates with suppliers regarding the delivery of items on site and status of furniture to be customized.

7.1 Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

7.2 And any other acts required in the normal operations of the business.

7.3 Assist in special projects that may be assigned.

*Any work related to the scope of works of the company with their respective clients may it be Design or Design Build are included in the responsibilities of the person in the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php22,000.00 per month
