Overview
Arbcentrix is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support one of our U.S.-based clients. This is an on-site role at our Philippine headquarters, where you'll provide administrative, organizational, and light marketing support to ensure smooth daily operations. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meeting schedules.
- Prepare reminders, draft simple agendas, and take notes on action items.
- Assist with routine invoicing, expense reporting, and payroll coordination.
- Provide support on social media activities, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Assist with other general administrative and office-related duties.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in a VA, EA, or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Basic experience in social media posting and monitoring.
- Willing to work on-site at Arbcentrix HQ.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
