Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and organization of all project documents by meticulously managing, updating and tracking Site status, including receiving, reviewing, submitting documents and obtaining approval from Client, tracking revisions, and archiving documents. Ensure all documents submission follows the given SLA while adhering to established procedures and quality standards. Familiarity of the Project Management and attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:

You will perform in this role as a complex and civil work engineering activities that support the design and implementation of a telecom site. The key role is do the planning, progress management, subcon coordination and implementation quality management. The additional role as follows.

• Formulate project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan. Integrate the three-party plans and ensure the implementation and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans.
• Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress.
• Routinely monitor the site implementation progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (architecture/Construction, Engineering, Electronics, Management etc).
• With experience in FTK projects and Site Implementation.
• Preferably with Professional Electrical Engineer/ Registered Electrical Engineer /NCII Certified Master Electrician/Registered Civil Engineer
• Relevant 2 years of experience in site civil work monitoring, or including other telecommunication technology.
• Expertise in Civil Engineering Implementation
• Proficient on Microsoft Office such excel, Power Points and Word.
