SCOPE :

  • Performance of general works including architectural design, site visits and inspections, prepares related reports, ensures compliance with company standards, applicable codes, and requirements.
  • Coordinate work with engineering and construction trades at project site.
  • Collaborate with design team to develop effective layouts that align with the design intent.
  • Help evaluate the technical details and methodologies of the project.
  • Monitor and supervise interior fit-out works.
  • Provide technical guidance to design team working on the same project.
  • Plan and conduct minor modifications (in collaboration with senior designers) to complete detailed drawing sets.
  • Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to best practices.
  • Prepare and review as-built drawings.
  • Attend site meetings and project meetings with designers in-charge (if/when necessary).
  • Engage in internal team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate for any technical issues.
  • Conduct and document on-site observations and reviews.
  • Monitor performance of contractor/ sub-contractors and identify, raise any quality Issues. Assume responsibility of architectural-related works in the project.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Architect (with valid PRC License)
  • With COSH Certification (Safety Officer 2)
  • With relevant work experience in Interior Fitout,construction, or architectural projects
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage site safety and design coordination
  • Willing to be assigned on-site (location)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
