HR and Admin Manager

Recruitment and Staffing:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for depot staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment
- Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary and providing guidance on conflict resolution
- Promote a positive work culture and facilitate Team-building activities.
- Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and support to supervisors, managers and rank & file for performance improvement
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs and collaborate with training resources to develop and deliver training programs
- Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies
- Policy Implementation
- Ensure consistent application and understanding of company policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and implement necessary updates to policies
- Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfactions, and retention
- Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and measure employee satisfaction
- Depot Communication
- Facilitate effective communication between management and depot employees
- Implement communication strategies to keep employees informed of relevant news and updates
- Benefits Administration
- Oversee and administer employee benefits programs
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Admin
- In-charge of the warehouse rental
- Assist the clients regarding rental inquiry
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office premises
- Maintain the trucks and company vehicles documents registration and renewal
- In-charge of the permits renewal
- Prepares application of SBMA entry pass
