Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end HR processes, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
  • Ensure all employee cases (IR, suspension, dismissal, etc.) follow due process and proper documentation.
  • Manage the COE issuance, clearance process, and final pay coordination with accountability and timeliness.
  • Guide management on labor compliance, employee engagement, and best HR practices.
  • Prepare and review HR memos, policies, and internal communications.
  • Monitor attendance, performance management, and employee movements.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes efficiently.
  • Provide advisory support to management — not just relay tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of solid HR experience, ideally in employee relations or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, assertive, and capable of handling HR matters with minimal supervision.
  • Able to balance empathy with objectivity and fairness.
  • Confident in recommending and implementing HR solutions.
