Job DescriptionThe HR/Admin Head is responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources and Administrative functions of Fairy Skin Beauty Products Corporation. This includes oversight of HR operations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations (DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and general administrative support. The HR/Admin Head ensures alignment of HR strategies with company goals, fosters a culture of compliance and employee engagement, and provides leadership to the HR and Admin team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, probationary evaluation, regularization, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and mandatory benefits.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company handbooks.
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS systems.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and supplier contracts.
- Report directly to BODs. Provide strategic input on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's/HR certifications an advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Head role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and government reporting.
- Proven experience in policy creation, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
Responsible for managing Admin Human Resources end-to-end processes in all project sites of the company. Collaborate with the relevant/responsible manager(s) to ensure compliance with labor and OSH standards.
Duties and Responsibilities1. Recruitment for Operations (Admin Workers and Foreman)
- Interview and evaluate candidates for the operations open positions.
- Manage all Site HRs in recruitment of admin workers (Job posting, Barangay engagement, admin referrals, and walk-in applicants).
- Facilitate provincial recruitment to meet manpower requirements as needed.
- Manage third party manpower sources.
- Facilitate partnership with diagnostic clinics for pre-employment medical requirements.
- Prepare reports on employment data or recruitment statistics.
- Manage the team to ensure accurate and timely processing of timekeeping.
- Coordinate with Payroll Officer the necessary adjustments, special payroll, and/or cash payroll as necessary.
3. Contract Management
- Manage and monitor the team in ensuring completeness and updates to admin workers contracts, End of Contract (EOC), and Contract Extensions.
4. Employee/Labor Relations
- Facilitate incentive programs, year-end events, NTE/NOD processes, incident reports, and disciplinary actions as warranted.
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees; handle grievances; initiate investigations.
- Ensure timely submission of DOLE Termination Reports as necessary.
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Ensure proper endorsement of registration/update forms and utilization of government-manded benefits.
6. Performance Management
- Standardize job descriptions and performance evaluation forms; review performance and address issues.
7. Training
- Coordinate with external bodies for competency assessment and accreditation; provide training on company policies and practices.
8. Others
- Provide administrative support to operations; maintain morale; conduct exit interviews to improve retention.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology/ Behavioral Science or any Management or Business Course;
- At least ten (10) years of relevant experience, with 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in HR Admin/Operations Management in Construction preferred.
- Strong computer skills; knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, data analysis, and HR analytics.
- Leadership and communication skills; ability to collaborate across levels.
