HR and Admin Manager

About the role
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and admin works including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. You will play a critical part in supporting the company's strategic objectives and ensuring a positive employee experience.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals
Provide HR guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs
Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as organisational restructuring or employee engagement surveys
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Contribute to the strategic direction of the HR function and the overall business
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated HR management experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
CHRP or SPHR certification is an advantage
