OJT Candidates – HR Department

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated OJT students to join our Human Resources Department. This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain real-world HR experience, develop professional skills, and learn workplace practices in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Help with filing, organizing employee records, and document management
• Support recruitment activities (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Assist in employee engagement and training programs
• Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
• Willing to render required OJT hours as endorsed by the school
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
