Work Details: Onsite from 1st-3rd month, will transition to hybrid on their 4th month – Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation Details:

Job Description:

  • Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.

  • Be the go-to person for client and candidate inquiries.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Collaborate with clients to adapt our services to their changing needs.

  • Work closely with different teams to meet client expectations.

  • Team up with the finance department for seamless invoicing and billing.

  • Find top-tier candidates for various positions.

  • Interview and assess candidate qualifications.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.

Job Qualification:

  • Preferably has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources (Also open for other courses)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive and resilient, contributing to a healthy workplace culture.

  • Maintains utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Efficient time management for task prioritization and meeting deadlines.

  • Proactively resolves challenges for smooth account management and recruitment.

  • Adaptable to dynamic client needs, industry changes, and a fast-paced environment.
