HR Supervisor

Allied Care Experts (ACE) Malolos Doctors, is a trusted healthcare institution committed to excellence in patient care and employee well-being. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and help us foster a supportive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
• Manage employee records and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support training, development, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related concerns.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in policy formulation and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
• Must be people-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
