Human Resource Staff

Location: Malolos, Bulacan

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Setup: Onsite for the first 3 months, transitioning to hybrid starting the 4th month

Job Description:

• Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and candidate inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with clients to adapt services to changing needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
• Work with the finance department for accurate invoicing and billing
• Source and identify top-tier candidates for various positions
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources (open to other courses)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and resilient attitude, fostering a healthy workplace culture
• Maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proactive in resolving challenges for smooth account management and recruitment
• Adaptable to dynamic client needs and industry changes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php13,000.00 per month
