HR Assistant

Role Description:
The HR Assistant (Generalist) will support a broad range of human resources functions. This role will also be involved in various aspects of the employee lifecycle, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, test facilitation, and onboarding for head office roles.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Participate in labor and employee relations tasks such as preparation of notices to explain (NTE), conducting initial interviews related to employee concerns, and mediating conflicts between employees and management..
- Provide support in various HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, generating HR reports, and other duties as assigned.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and help foster a positive working environment across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to recruitment and employee/labor relations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage but not required.
