POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Dean/ Program Head, performs general clerical jobs in the school/ college, files all forms and records, attends to all the faculty, alumni, parent and students' transactions with the school/ college and attends to their processing needs, and performs other minor office tasks as directed by the Dean.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attends to the daily request or queries of students, faculty members, parent/ guardian, coordinators and dean.
- Answers phone calls and receive messages.
- Receives memoranda/ notice from other schools/ colleges, departments, and offices and gives to the dean and see to it that the notices/ memoranda should be given to the person concerned.
- Records and submits to the Human Resources Department of absence report/ scheduled leave/ approved absence and outside activities form.
- Receives forms for abroad of graduates seeking employment.
- Coordinates with Level Coordinators schedules of different C.I.'s in affiliated hospitals, especially when absences are being reported.
- Solicits customer feedback after sending various services.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in Secretarial Administration, Computer Science or other related courses
- Prior experience in the field is preferred, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
