Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR (Compensation & Benefits or related field)
  • Strong background in eGov and government portals: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
  • Experience in company government registration is a plus
  • Can start immediately / ASAP
  • Willing to handle frequent overtime and government-related tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide centralized HR services on Philippine government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, ensuring timely facilitation and processing of employee applications and company submissions
  • Monitor and process BIR (ORUS), SSS R1-A, PhilHealth ER-2, merging of government details, and changes in employee status
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns regarding payroll and benefits
  • Check billings from agencies and commissions (e.g., security services)
  • Monitor newly hired employee updates and process bank account applications
  • Willing to handle payroll processing and other HR-related tasks as assigned
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits or related field
  • Strong background in eGov and other government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Experience in company's government registration is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,127.25 per month
