Compensation and Benefits Assistant

Qualifications:
- College graduate
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (Compensation & Benefits or related field)
- Strong background in eGov and government portals: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
- Experience in company government registration is a plus
- Can start immediately / ASAP
- Willing to handle frequent overtime and government-related tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized HR services on Philippine government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, ensuring timely facilitation and processing of employee applications and company submissions
- Monitor and process BIR (ORUS), SSS R1-A, PhilHealth ER-2, merging of government details, and changes in employee status
- Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns regarding payroll and benefits
- Check billings from agencies and commissions (e.g., security services)
- Monitor newly hired employee updates and process bank account applications
- Willing to handle payroll processing and other HR-related tasks as assigned
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits or related field
- Strong background in eGov and other government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Experience in company's government registration is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,127.25 per month
