Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  2. Research and identify potential leads (companies or individuals).

  3. Build and maintain prospect lists, mailing lists, and databases (CRM).
  4. Use email outreach to initiate contact with prospects: cold emails, introductory pitches, follow-ups.
  5. Segment email lists by criteria (industry, size, stage) for targeted campaigns.

  6. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  7. Respond to client inquiries via email (or phone/social media) in a timely and professional way.

  8. Maintain regular communication with existing clients through newsletters, updates, or check-ins.
  9. Track client conversations and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
  10. Gather client feedback or follow up on after-sales service, and escalate issues as needed.

  11. Email Campaigns & Marketing Support

  12. Draft, design, and send marketing emails or newsletters (e.g., via Mailchimp or similar platforms).

  13. Coordinate email campaign schedules, coordinate with content/copy teams, and monitor performance (open rates, click-through, etc.).
  14. Assist in creating marketing materials: email copy, presentations, proposals, flyers, sales collateral.
  15. Support the planning and execution of broader marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events).

  16. Administrative & Data Tasks

  17. Maintain and update contact databases, client lists, and email lists.

  18. Prepare regular reports on email campaign metrics, sales activity, and marketing performance.
  19. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
  20. Organize and manage digital files, marketing assets, and client documentation.

  21. Research & Analytics

  22. Perform market research: competitor analysis, industry trends, customer behavior.

  23. Analyze data from email campaigns (e.g., open rate, clicks), and derive insights or recommendations.

  24. Maintain and update contact segmentation in the CRM, based on engagement or other criteria.

    Event & Campaign Support
    - Assist in organizing marketing or sales events (webinars, trade shows) and handle the email communication around these.
    - Help create content or presentations for such events.
    - Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing, design) to align messaging and outreach.
    6. Quality Control & Branding

  25. Review and proofread email communications and marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency.

  26. Ensure that emails follow company style, tone, and brand voice.

  27. CRM & System Management

  28. Input, update, and maintain client data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  29. Track sales pipeline activities (prospects to closed deals) via CRM.
  30. Segment clients, tag contacts, and manage email lists based on filters.
