About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Wong & Bernstein Management Group Inc.' Reporting to the Business and Development Manager, this full-time role will be based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. As the Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the execution of our sales and marketing strategies, helping to drive growth and success for our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations
  2. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media management
  3. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  4. Coordinating and participating in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities
  5. Maintaining and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
  6. Providing support for the sales team, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing and sales initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing assistant role, preferably in the service industry
  3. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software
  6. Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and execute innovative marketing solutions
  7. Passion for the marketing and sales industry, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
