JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales and Marketing Assistant shall be responsible for the support to the Technical Sales and Marketing Team in terms of various sales and marketing strategies. He/she shall be handling market research and data analytics that can provide more directions to an effective and comprehensive sales and marketing plans and programs. He/she deals with various administrative support to the team whenever needed.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Marketing

  1. Works closely with the Technical Sales and Marketing team to support its sales and marketing activities.
  2. Collaborates with the team to develop and implement marketing plans and innovations.
  3. Supports the team for projects such as but not limited to market identification, opportunity, market trends, demographics (area of coverage) and developing sales strategies.
  4. Develops marketing materials such as but not limited to design and graphics for technical sales and marketing team.
  5. Gives presentation to the team as well as to internal and external audience.
  6. Organizes and conducts market research and data analytics to better understand the marketing needs and its target clients.
  7. Updates website and other platforms of social media accounts.

Administrative Assistance

  1. Prepares sales quotation.
  2. Handles sales inquiry of clients.
  3. Deals with the itinerary and/or sales expenses for reimbursements by the team.
  4. Does telemarketing follow ups.
  5. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or for job development.
