About the role

This full-time HYBRID Sales and Marketing Assistant position at Ledgea Systems, Inc. is an excellent opportunity to be part of a tech company for enterprise software in Makati City, Metro Manila.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the sales and marketing teams with lead generation, prospect outreach and customer relationship management.
  2. Coordinate and provide support for marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities
  3. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral
  4. Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence
  5. Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing assistant role, preferably in the enterprise software industry
  2. Technology industry experience is preferred for this position
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  5. Proficient in using software tools
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Any degree is accepted. Accounting or any technology knowledge is an advantage
