We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will support the marketing and sales teams in planning sales events, managing digital advertising activities, and maintaining online property listings. This role contributes to lead generation, brand visibility, and smooth coordination of real estate promotional efforts.

What you'll do:

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Support the setup and monitoring of Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in developing marketing content for social media and promotional materials.
  • Track campaign results and contribute to performance reporting.

Sales Events Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, open houses and project launches
  • Manage event logistics, materials, and attendance.
  • Prepare post-event summaries and lead documentation.

Online Property Listings

  • Maintain and update property listings on online platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell).
  • Ensure accuracy of property details, photos, and pricing information.
  • Monitor inquiries and coordinate endorsements to the sales team.

Sales Support Coordination

  • Prepare marketing kits, project information sheets, and presentation decks.
  • Maintain organized databases of leads, listings, and marketing activities.
  • Assist in compiling weekly sales and marketing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in digital marketing, event coordination, or real estate is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
