Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Support day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or company website), including product uploads, inventory monitoring, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the graphics and content creation team to develop promotional materials, social media content, and online advertisements.
  • Help monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, social media pages, and online sales activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage administrative and logistical tasks related to marketing projects and events.
  • Support brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, events coordination, or e-commerce (fresh graduates with internship experience are also welcome).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic knowledge of online selling/e-commerce operations.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (an advantage).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills — especially with graphics, content, and sales departments.
  • Willing to assist in field activities or events when required.
