Job Summary:

The
Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager
will lead business development efforts and drive customer acquisition for our microfinancing products. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and partners to support the firm's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Oversee brand positioning, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry forums

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI through regular reporting
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
  • Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing successful campaigns
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently as this role is an individual contributor position
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati City
