Salary Range: ₱28,000 – ₱30,000


About the Role

De Castro Consulting is looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our client's growing team as a Senior Accounting Associate.

You will play a vital role in day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values professionalism, open communication, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including payables, receivables, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  • Support month-end and year-end closings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Keep financial records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or ERP preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and productively in a hybrid work environment
