At De Castro Consulting, we deliver expert business solutions that help organizations run smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for a Payroll Manager who's detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations—supporting both our clients and internal teams.
- Manage the full payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and department heads to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and improve payroll processes, prepare reports, and assist with audits while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Proven Payroll Expertise – Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field, with 3+ years managing payroll, ideally for 100–500 employees; experience with BPOs or 500+ employees a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of specific payroll management experience is required, with accounting or finance background being supplementary rather than a substitute for direct payroll expertise.
- Technical & Compliance Knowledge – Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, government remittances, and proficiency in payroll software (Sprout, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Analytical & Collaborative – Detail-oriented, organized, excellent problem-solving skills, and able to communicate effectively with teams; experience in hybrid setups a plus.
- Flexible hybrid work arrangement (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite).
- Exposure to both client and internal payroll projects, providing diverse experience.
