About the role

Pacific Properties' is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team in our Sampaloc Manila City, Metro Manila office. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and reporting for our growing real estate company.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Conducting regular audits and checks to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
  • Adhering to all accounting policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 6 months and above of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the real estate industry, Newly Graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
