About the Role
We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy IT Associate / Web Developer to join our Marketing Team at De Castro Law and Consulting.
You'll help manage, design, and maintain our websites — primarily using WordPress — while providing light IT support to ensure smooth digital operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in web development within a dynamic consulting environment.
What You'll Do
- Build, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress
- Customize layouts, plug-ins, and site content as needed
- Support the marketing team in implementing web campaigns and updates
- Troubleshoot technical or website issues and ensure optimal performance
- Assist with basic IT-related support for internal users
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledgeable in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
- Strong attention to detail and design sense
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Must be open to a hybrid setup (4 WFH, 1 RTO in Sampaloc, Manila)
