Gym Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
The Gym Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations of the gym. This role involves handling member inquiries, maintaining records, managing schedules, coordinating with trainers, and supporting overall gym management activities.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle membership inquiries, registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Administrative Support
- Manage member databases and update records accurately.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and sales reports.
- Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, and class bookings.
- Support management in organizing gym events, promotions, and marketing activities.
Operational Support
- Monitor gym supplies and equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and facility policies.
- Assist trainers and instructors with administrative needs (e.g., class rosters, client records).
- Handle correspondence and filing of important documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (fitness industry a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
