Job Description:

  • Assist in HR and admin operations including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and documentation.
  • Handle office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel and Word/ Google Docs/ Sheets.
  • Support payroll and employee record management while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • At least 1 year HR or admin experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and HR processes.
  • Organized, reliable, and has good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
