detail-oriented and service-driven Admin & Customer Service Officer
to join our team in the
Philippines
.


What you'll do:

  • Manage member enquiries and provide empathetic, solution-focused support
  • Handle data entry, reporting, and CRM updates to ensure accuracy
  • Support internal staff with system administration and processes
  • Assist with customer service tools, escalations, and innovation projects


What we're looking for:

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or system support
  • Strong organizational and data-handling skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems is a plus
  • Graduate of
    Marketing
    or any related fields
