Job Summary

The Gym Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym floor, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and safety. The role involves supervising staff, managing equipment, ensuring compliance with gym policies, and supporting members in achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily gym operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all fitness areas.
  • Monitor gym staff performance, including trainers, front desk staff, and cleaners.
  • Ensure all gym equipment is maintained, functional, and safe for use.
  • Implement and enforce gym policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle member queries or complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with management to schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
  • Support fitness trainers in conducting classes, personal training sessions, and special programs.
  • Ensure the gym environment remains welcoming, organized, and motivating.
  • Assist in membership drives, promotional events, and retention activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on attendance, maintenance issues, and member feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  • 2 years of experience in fitness center or gym operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of gym equipment, workout programs, and health & safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
