Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Encode data accurately into company systems or databases
- Scan physical documents and ensure proper digital file naming and storage
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both electronic and hard copy records
- Retrieve files and documents as requested by management or other departments
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed (e.g., photocopying, sorting mail, etc.)
- Ensure confidentiality and security of office records and information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or college level (any course)
- Basic computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in data encoding or office admin work is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php695.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Housekeeper: 1 year (Preferred)
