  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for Asia Pacific Economic Enterprises Corp.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide consultancy on hiring strategies.
  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to executives at Asia Pacific Economic Enterprises Corp.
  • Handle correspondence, maintain records, and coordinate schedules.
  • Ensuring accurate billing in compliance with company policies and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Ideal for recent graduates with less than 1 year of professional experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, proficiency in recruitment software, excellent numerical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the entire recruitment process from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Perform financial calculations, prepare reports and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard business hours; occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, ethical, able to maintain confidentiality, and a team player with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
