Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Recruitment Officer and supports recruitment and admin tasks
  • Helps ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates
  • Continuously sources candidates online
  • Screens resumes and conducts initial interviews for rank-and-file positions
  • Endorses qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation
  • Assists in the full hiring process, from sourcing to job offer

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, or any business-related course
  • At least 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in sales or insurance
  • Familiar with sourcing channels
  • Strong experience in hiring insurance agents and using social media for sourcing
