Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and customer service to international and local software clients (installation, trouble-shooting, etc.) by phone, e-mail, chat and remote assistance.
  • Provide feedback to development team and documentalist about encountered problems and possible improvement of procedures and applications
  • Coordinate technical issues and resolutions with programmers/QA and clients
  • Research of information about inquiry and provide workaround or resolution
  • Occasionally assist our team for testing, conversions, presentations, etc.
  • Occasionally create documentation as guide for clients in using the software and for process improvement
  • Occasionally provide onsite support, implementation, and briefing for our local customers.
  • Conduct training and prepare materials for standard or focused training for clients

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong observational and excellent listening skills.
  • Must have very strong PC knowledge (Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11, Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019)
  • Knowledge of SQL Server , IIS, remote connection and/or networking would be an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in Technical Support including ticketing management through email support and chat.
  • Previous call center experience in cold calling or outbound sales is not required but an advantage.
  • Candidate must be highly resourceful, pro-active, flexible, performance-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Must be available to work on a shifting schedule
  • 1 Full-Time position available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php29,000.00 per month
