We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to develop, execute, and enhance our compliance testing plans, ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to maintain a robust compliance program.

Compliance Testing & Monitoring

  • Develop and execute compliance testing plans to assess the effectiveness of the company's compliance program.

Audit Support

  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation, gathering required information, and responding to audit inquiries.
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate reports and supporting materials.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company's operations.
  • Analyze regulatory changes and provide recommendations on necessary updates to policies and procedures.

Policy & Documentation Management

  • Maintain and manage the company's compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Reporting & Recommendations

  • Compile and present clear, concise reports on compliance testing results, findings, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and operational controls.

Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support in implementing compliance initiatives and training programs.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Office Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of compliance principles, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in all compliance-related activities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant compliance or audit software tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
