Job Description

As a Telecommunication Technical Support Specialist, you will assist customers with NBN-related concerns, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and deliver excellent service at every interaction. You will handle inbound and outbound voice calls, perform step-by-step problem resolution, escalate complex cases, and document solutions accurately. This role requires strong NBN knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year AU Telco/NBN experience (required)
  • Solid background in troubleshooting NBN connectivity issues
  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
  • College level (HS graduates may also be considered)
  • Must be willing to work onsite at PNB Makati or JMT Ortigas (flexibility required)
  • Open to day shift schedules (AU holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
