About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer (L2) to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), and DNS/DHCP management. You'll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the enterprise infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Configure, monitor, and resolve issues related to DNS/DHCP and core network services.
  • Lead or participate in migration projects (e.g., AD consolidation, O365 hybrid or cloud transitions).
  • Implement and maintain system security, patching, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability.
  • Provide Tier 2 support and serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  • Proven expertise in Active Directory, O365 administration, and DNS/DHCP management.
  • Working knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange Online preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite (BGC), and EST hour
