About the Role

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Advanced System Engineer (L2 Support)
to join our growing team in Manila. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting critical IT infrastructure, systems, and networks across multiple client environments. You'll work on troubleshooting, deployment, monitoring, and advanced technical support, while collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain servers, storage, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Support and manage cloud services (Azure, AWS), including backups, security configurations, and resource optimization.
  • Administer and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, RDS, DFS, and Group Policies.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues; manage Office 365 environments and user permissions.
  • Use tools like SolarWinds, SCCM, and Nagios to monitor system health, performance, and anomalies.
  • Implement and support firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and endpoint security; respond to security threats proactively.
  • Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Track resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, and recommend upgrades or optimizations.
  • Maintain clear and updated documentation for configurations, incidents, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work with clients and vendors on solution delivery and support infrastructure-related projects like migrations and system upgrades.
