We are seeking a skilled Level 2 MSP Engineer to join our dynamic team at IT By Design Philippines Inc. Based in Bonifacio Global City, you'll be part of a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, delivering exceptional technical support and proactive IT solutions to our global clients. What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced-level remote technical support and troubleshooting across multiple client environments.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when required.
  • Monitor and maintain client systems proactively to prevent downtime and performance issues.
  • Document detailed notes and resolutions in ticketing systems for transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to MSP operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an L2 MSP Engineer or similar technical support role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Hands-on experience with RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools, PSA systems, and remote support platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with global clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant credentials are an advantage.
