Level 2 IT Support Engineer (MSP Environment)

Location: Taguig, BGC

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated server, network, endpoint, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Manage Active Directory, user provisioning, and group policy configuration.
  • Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, and firewall settings for client networks.
  • Utilize MSP tools (PSA/RMM platforms) to monitor and manage client systems.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and backup verification.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and updates to improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with global clients, providing timely updates and solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server administration.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools (e.g., SolarWinds, ConnectWise, N-able) and ticketing/PSA systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, on a night shift schedule.
