Administrative Officer

Overview:
MediWalk Corp., a leading prosthetics, orthotics, and rehabilitation company, is looking for an Admin Officer for Corporate Governance to join our growing Corporate Affairs Division.
The role ensures compliance with SEC, DOLE, BIR, and PhilHealth requirements, maintains corporate records, prepares board resolutions, and supports company-wide governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all corporate records, board resolutions, minutes, and compliance documents.
- Ensure timely filing and renewal of requirements with SEC, DOLE, BIR, BOI-DTI,FDA, and other Government agencies,
- Draft, review, and organize contracts, MOAs, NDAs, and legal documents.
- Support the CAO in board meetings by preparing agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, HR, and Finance for alignment on permits, accreditations, and filings.
- Maintain a compliance tracker and document filing system (digital and physical).
- Liaise with external agencies and legal counsel for corporate submissions and notarization.
- Assist in implementing company policies and governance procedures across departments.
- Prepare and submit monthly compliance and governance reports to management.
- Represent the company in dealings with government offices and auditors when required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field
- With 2–3 years relevant experience in corporate compliance or governance
- Knowledge in SEC, BIR, DOLE, and other government agencies
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly professional
