JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new construction project opportunities to drive company growth and success. This role involves conducting market research, establishing relationships with potential clients, and creating strategies to secure and execute projects. The Officer ensures that projects align with the company's goals and capabilities while fostering collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering Course (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • With background or experience in construction, engineering, or related industry (sales experience is an advantage)
  • Strong technical knowledge to understand construction products, systems, and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • With driver's licensed and can able to drive 4-wheel vehicle
