JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Civil Engineer

Employment type: Project-based (Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Saturday, 7:00 am – 1:00 pm)

Location: 89-91 Sgt. E.Rivera St., Brgy. Pag-ibig sa Nayon, Q.C.

Salary: Php 19,760.00 – 25,292.80

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Total Safe Development Construction Inc. is a registered company with its primary purpose as a General Contractor (building of construction or parts/Civil Engineering) specifically engaged in; Project estimate, General Construction (foundation to finishing), Renovation, and Fit-out.

Reporting to:

General Manager, CEO/Management, Construction Manager/Site Supervisor/Project Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

A Civil Engineer manages construction projects, conducts site investigations, assesses risks, and ensures safe project completion. They collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical expertise, and oversee structure implementation. Strong project management, communication, and engineering skills are essential and a professional license.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

· Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)

· Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications

· Assess potential risks, materials and costs

· Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies

· Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders

· Handle over the resulting structures and services for use

· Monitor progress and compile reports in project status

· Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials

· Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering

· Must be a PRC Registered Civil Engineer

· Basic to advanced knowledge in AUTOCAD, shop drawing, and other construction software.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Can attend or supervise a team/worker

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Preferably can work under pressure

· Can start anytime

· Willing to be relocated/assigned on field
