Safety Officer

Pasay / Taguig / Makati | Full-time | Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a Safety Officer to join our Operations team. The role is responsible for ensuring health and safety standards are followed on-site, conducting inspections, and helping prevent workplace hazards. You'll play a key part in promoting a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee safety practices for Architecture, Civil Works, and MEFPS projects.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings, orientations, and safety audits.
  • Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Identify hazards, risks, and unsafe practices—and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Project-in-Charge, and site teams.
  • Regularly inspect work areas and monitor proper waste disposal.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree holder (Occupational Safety or related field preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Safety Officer role or similar.
  • Registered Health and Safety Officer is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work with diverse teams.
  • Must be willing to visit different project sites (Pasay, Taguig, Makati).
