We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Telecommunications account in DAVAO . You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests via phone, chat, or email.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.


Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate (K-12 or equivalent)
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE)
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willing to work onsite in DAVAO
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate basic computer systems
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to billing, network issues, account concerns, and service upgrades
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
