You'll handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, aiming to resolve concerns promptly and provide clear, accurate information. This role demands strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers navigate their telco needs with ease.

In addition to resolving customer issues, you'll play a vital role in promoting company products and services that match customer needs, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be expected to document interactions, follow established protocols, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience. Qualifications:
