We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Billing Account at our Davao site In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with billing inquiries, payment concerns, and account-related issues for one of the leading telecommunications providers. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring that every customer receives clear, accurate, and professional support.

As a CSR, you will handle calls, resolve billing discrepancies, process payments, and provide updates regarding customer accounts. Beyond technical assistance, you will also be expected to maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have a background in billing or sales, that's an advantage, but not a requirement—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • No experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Background in billing or sales is a plus factor
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
