We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Telco Billing Account team. In this role, you will assist customers with billing inquiries, explain charges, process payments, and handle account updates. You will also address customer concerns, resolve issues related to their telecom services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience through professional and friendly communication.
As part of the Telco Billing Account, you will work with a variety of customer requests, including clarifying billing statements, helping with payment arrangements, and providing information on promotions or additional services. You may also handle basic sales by offering upgrades or recommending suitable plans based on customer needs. Your goal is to make every interaction helpful, efficient, and customer-focused.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people and solving problems. No prior experience is required, and we provide training to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. If you are patient, have great communication skills, and can work well in a team, you will thrive in this role.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- No experience required (training will be provided)
- Background in billing or sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
